To Our Valued Clients,

We have been given approval from the Government of Ontario to reopen. Francesca Salon and Spa will be reopening on Friday June 26, 2020 and our hours of operation will remain the same. Previous standing appointments are no longer valid and appointments will be available on a first come first serve basis. We will be taking appointments starting tomorrow Tuesday June 24, 2020 at 9:00 am by telephone only at (416) 481-4966. Email appointments, text message appointments or social media bookings will not be available.

With this reopening, Francesca Salon and Spa must follow strict rules and guidelines to protect our customers and staff. Please refer to the items below for the following changes;

Changes to Services

• Blow dry services will be available only following a chemical or haircutting service
• All spa services will be offered except for facial type services
• No makeup application
• Magazines, beverages and snacks will no longer be provided during this time

Client Protocols

• Clients must wear a mask prior to entering the building and must continue to wear a mask for the entirety of your service. The mask can be removed once you have safely exited the building
• If you do not have a mask one will be provided to you at a nominal fee
• Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment
• Guests not receiving services will not be permitted with the exclusion of minors and elderly
• Staff and clients will have their temperature checked upon arrival of their appointment
• Clients must fill out a mandatory Covid-19 Pre-screen Form before receiving any salon and spa services
• Clients must sanitize hands upon entering and leaving the building

Safety is our utmost concern. Please know that we will be following specific protocols to ensure that customers and staff will remain safe at all times.

Our Protocols

• Disinfecting each station, chair, tools and implements in between every client
• Smocks, cutting capes and towels will be disinfected and washed after every service
• Cutting stations, colour area, washing area, manicure stations and pedicure basins have been blocked off by protective Plexiglass barriers
• Each staff member is required to wear a mask, face shield and gloves if the service allows
• The salon and spa will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected throughout the day and upon closing

Due to strict rules and guidelines we have taken extra precautions in ensuring customer safety. Under the circumstances our prices have increased.
